So What Would You Do ?
If you were PARTANEN and the WUSPBA just wrongfully kicked you out what would you do? If
the WUSPBA kicked you out and didn’t comply with Nevada State Law, what would you do? If

You could say OK, and do nothing; but then you could not compete in a WUSPBA sanctioned

WUSPBA member band could you still compete with that band at a WUSPBA sanctioned
contest? Could the WUSPBA disqualify the band you lead or that you are member of? Could
you still represent your band that you are the leader of at a Branch Meeting or at the WUSPBA
AGM? What does the termination of membership in the WUSPBA really mean other than you

the Pipe Major of your band any longer, or perform with your band any longer? Would you just
So, if you put yourself in PARTANEN’s position: What would you do? Ask the WUSPBA for
some clarification? What would you do if they refuse to respond? What would you do if the
WUSPBA made defamatory and libelous statements about you? What would you do if the
WUSPBA did not treat you fairly? What would you do? Would you say OK and do nothing?
What would you do? Every member of the WUSPBA should ask that question because what if
the WUSPBA did all these bad things to you? What would you do?
